Yes! Many of our clients are couples who live in different countries — our process allows them to get legally married from anywhere.
No you don’t. You can both be anywhere in the world, together or separately.
No they don’t. We like to say your witnesses can be in the same room, or on the same Zoom, they just have to watch you get married. They do have to be over the age of 18 and have an ID with them before we begin the ceremony.
We can officiate your wedding ceremony in English, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew
We ask that payment be made when you book your ceremony date and time.
Our ceremonies usually take less than 15 minutes. The more you want to add to it (vows, ring exchanges, speeches), the longer it might take.
Honestly, even with the words of “Congratulations” from your guests/attendees, the 30 minute time block we provide is sufficient.
Should you need more than 30 minutes, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate.
With our Deluxe Ceremony Package, you can have up to 60 minutes to enjoy the celebration with your family and friends.

For the moment, our officiants speak English, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew. A Spanish, Russian and Hebrew ceremony can be requested for no extra fee.
If you wish to have your ceremony translated into another language, we can add in a translator to your ceremony for an extra $50 fee. Please contact info@legalmarriageonline.com if you wish to do so.
The answer to this depends entirely on your countries requirements.
If a translation is needed, you can visit our partner RushTranslate who offers marriage certificate translations for an affordable and simple price.
We do not currently have the Nikah ceremony option available, however we’re working to get it added as soon as possible!
An Apostille is needed depending on your situation. Apostille Stamps are special certificates approved & issued by the Secretary of State or the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. This allows a legal document created in one country to be recognized in another country.
If you got married while being a resident in another country, this could come into use. An Apostille ensures that your marriage certificate is considered legal & authentic, therefore being recognized in any of the countries that are part of The Hague Apostille Convention of 1961.
The cost of an apostille stamp is $60 + shipping fee, depending on your shipping zone.

Yes, full refunds are available prior to your ceremony. After the ceremony is completed, refunds are not possible since the filing is already legal.
